Important note: Please be vigilant if approached by a business claiming to be a housing provider for the EWRI OMSW 2024 — they may attempt to contact you or your company to book your hotel rooms through them. Be wary of scammers.

Travel

Airport

The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is 12 miles from the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport has two terminals:

Barbara Jordan Terminal – Located at 3600 Presidential Blvd.

Servicing the following airlines:  Aeromexico, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Copa Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Hawaiian Airlines, jetBlue Airways, KLM, Lufthansa, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, United Airlines, Vacation Express, Virgin Atlantic and WestJet

South Terminal – Located at 10000 Logistics Lane.

Servicing the following airlines:  Allegiant Air, Frontier Airlines

You could also fly into the San Antonio International Airport, for a more affordable option, which is 80 miles away.

There, unfortunately, is no hotel airport shuttle from either airport.

Rideshares & Taxis (Austin-Bergstrom International Airport)

Rideshare

Rideshare and taxi drop-off for passengers flying out use the upper level/departures curbside for passenger drop-off at the Barbara-Jordan Terminal.

Rideshare and taxi pick-up for passengers returning to Austin and leaving the airport use our rideshare pick-up area, which is located under the Consolidated Rental Car Facility.

For passengers with mobility assistive devices such as wheelchairs, scooters, or crutches, or those who need additional mobility assistance, the Mobility Assistance Zone is free and open daily 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles, taxis and rideshares.
