Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payment include:
- Check: payable to EWRI OMSW 2024 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Include attendee's name in the memo area of the check)
- Credit card: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club
- Purchase order: P.O. #, company name and address or other billing address (This includes government P.O. use.)
- Paper checks should be mailed by Friday, March 15, 2024 to allow adequate time for processing

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of purchase order.
Cancellations/Refunds
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received by the deadline of Monday, January 15, 2024 (for authors, co-authors and moderators) and Wednesday, March 6, 2024 (general attendees).

Author (including co-authors) and moderator registration fees are non-refundable after Monday, January 15, 2024, due to the necessary advance production of the proceedings and the program. Exceptions may only be made for illness or emergency if the request is made in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note and/or similar official documentation stating the emergency and person's name. If your request qualifies for the subsequent refund, it will be discussed post-conference by EWRI management, and if the refund is approved, it will be made minus a $250.00 processing fee. To submit a cancellation request, please contact ASCE Customer Service at [email protected].
Attendee refund requests received after the cancellation date of Wednesday, March 6, 2024, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are reviewed 30 days post-conference. Refund requests may only be made for illness or emergency, and should be accompanied by a doctor's note and/or similar official documentation stating the emergency and person's name. The subsequent refund will be discussed post-conference by EWRI management, and if the refund is approved, it will be made minus a $100.00 processing fee.
